Meet Connie Ho, a seasoned Registered Counsellor and Art Therapist with over a decade of experience. Committed to enhancing lives through compassion, Connie's excellence in healthcare was recognized with the prestigious Gold award at the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards in 2024.

Accredited by the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC), Art Therapy Association Singapore (ATAS), and Taiwan Art Therapy Association (TATA), Connie stays at the forefront of counselling and therapy practices. Her role as a Rehabilitation Counsellor at the Singapore Anglican Community Service (SACS) from 2016 to 2024 focused on supporting individuals with mental illnesses through integrated counselling and art therapy techniques.

 

Connie's background as an Associate Chaplain and former Pastor underscores her dedication to spiritual and emotional well-being. She adopts a holistic approach, blending counselling and expressive arts therapy to create a nurturing environment for personal growth.

Sand Tray Therapy

Sand tray therapy is one of our expressive therapies where you use a tray filled with sand and miniature objects to create scenes reflecting your inner experiences, emotions, and conflicts. Our therapists analyze these scenes to provide insights into your subconscious thoughts and feelings, guiding you toward healing and self-discovery.

ART THERAPY

Art therapy harnesses the creative process of making art to improve and enhance individuals' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through various artistic mediums, clients explore and express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences under the guidance of a trained art therapist, fostering healing and self-discovery.
